There is a strict no pets allowed policy at the Fox Island Villa. If evidence of a pet is found, you will be assessed a fee.

Pierce County noise ordinances are in effect and will be enforced between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please be a good neighbor and observe these quiet hours and noise restrictions. Neighbors of the Fox Island Villa have been instructed to report any noise disturbances to management and the Sherrif’s department.
